When will my order ship?

Your Clamour Clothing garments are made specifically for you, and you alone, on a made-to-order basis. It's a win-win — less waste in the landfills and a one-of-a-kind piece for you. Like all good things, this labour of love takes time. You can expect your garment to be all set for shipping in 1 - 3 weeks.

Once your order is out the door, we'll shoot you a heads-up and provide tracking info if it's applicable to your order.

Can I rush my order?

We’re part of the slow fashion movement, which, unfortunately, doesn’t speed up for anyone. This ride has one gear. The good news is that at this speed, we can practice intentional making that benefits the environment and pays living wages. 

The production time stays steady at 1 - 3 weeks because we believe it's worth it.

But all is not lost: If you're itching to get shipping to move faster, we've got your back. You’ll see a range of shipping options at checkout. And, if that’s still not fast enough, no sweat. Drop us a line at hello@clamourclothing.com, and we'll whip up an even speedier shipping quote for you. 

When you're picking your shipping option, remember to keep the process and production times (yup, 1 - 3 weeks still) in mind, along with the shipping speed.

How do I cancel my order?

Was it something we said? Whatever your reason, you can cancel any time before your order has landed on the production floor. But once the wheels are in motion and your order is processed, we can't hit the brakes on it. 

To cancel your order, email us at hello@clamourclothing.com with a cancellation request!

If you do end up with an order you would rather have cancelled, you can start the return process as soon as you receive it. Take a look at the entire Return Policy here.

Can I add or remove an item from my order?

If something new caught your eye, we can have it shipped with the rest of your goodies, so long as your order has not been processed. Just send your order number and the item you want to add to hello@clamourclothing.com, and we will send you an invoice and ship your full order once it’s paid. Pay that invoice ASAP so your order won’t be delayed getting out the door!

Or, if your shopping-self-control has made a surprise comeback, you can remove items so long as your order has not been processed. Please send your order number and the item you want to cancel to hello@clamourclothing.com.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, what now?

Stuff happens! So long as your order is still in the pre-processing phase, we’re happy to adjust the sizing. 

Double-check your measurements against our sizing chart then send your requests to hello@clamourclothing.com.

Can you update my shipping address?

If your order is still in the pre-processing phase, updating your shipping address is a breeze. Simply email us at hello@clamourclothing.com with your order number and your updated shipping information.

Keep in mind: There are a few steps between you emailing us and us updating your order. Your order may ship before we can stop it! If that’s the case, we’ll hustle to respond to you pronto.

Can I return my order?

We get it! Sometimes clothes don’t play nice with the rest of your wardrobe. No hard feelings. Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

But if you snagged a deal (lucky you!) with a discount code, promo code, or sale, you're in for store credit or exchange only.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to decide if it’s true love or not. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No snags, stains, or stuff you sewed on yourself, capiche? You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.

To get the ball rolling, contact us at hello@clamourclothing.com. If we give you the green light, we'll fire off instructions on how and where to send your package. Sending items back without giving us a heads-up won't fly.

How long do returns take to process?

As soon as your return makes its grand entrance through our doors, we hustle to process it. You can expect the whole cycle to take 14 business days on our end. Once it’s sorted, we’ll ping you by email to let you know.

Something is wrong with my order!

Oh no! First of all, we’re very sorry this happened! Give us the chance to make it right by emailing us at hello@clamourclothing.com. We will do our best to get everything fixed up!

For missing, delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages:

While we wish we could control every bump in the road this little package faces, once it leaves our shipping facility, it’s out of our hands — and into the hands of your courier. You’ll need to get on the horn with the company delivering your package. Just so you know, shipments include standard insurance, often to the tune of $100.

I’ve recently returned an item. Do you return the shipping charges?

Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. As they say, that ship’s sailed. 

What size should I get?

We’re glad you asked! Each of our pieces has its own sizing chart that we recommend referencing when choosing your size. You can also explore our universal size chart here.

Can you do custom hem lengths?

Yes, absolutely! It’s your length for your body, so you can customize your hem to the length you want. Just stick that number in the box when adding to your cart, and you’re peachy keen, jelly bean!

I emailed, where are you?

We've got your email, and we're on it! We aim to get back to you within 24 hours during regular business hours, but you better give us up to two business days, just in case.
